We are seeking a highly motivated and tech-savvy individual to join our team as an Entry-Level Computer Support Specialist in Lisbon In this role you will provide technical support to our clients and assist them with troubleshooting and resolving computer issues This is a great opportunity for freshers looking to start their career in the tech industry. Responsibilities
Provide technical assistance to clients via phone email or in-person Troubleshoot and resolve hardware software and network issues Install and configure computer systems and software Maintain accurate records of client interactions and issue resolutions Collaborate with team members to improve processes and procedures Requirements
Bachelors degree in Computer Science or related field or equivalent experience Strong knowledge of computer hardware operating systems and software applications Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to think critically under pressure Good communication skills and ability to explain technical information in simple terms Ability to work independently as well as in a team environment Salary We offer a competitive salary of 1400$ per month for this entry-level position.
