Role OverviewWe are looking for aDestination Manager (Lisbon)to support the setup and daily operations of our Lisbon-based day tour products.This is a hands-on operational role focused on building and running local tour operations. You will work closely with headquarters while independently managing on-the-ground execution in Lisbon and nearby regions.Key ResponsibilitiesPlan and set up Lisbon-based and nearby day tour itinerariesRecruit, onboard, and coordinate local tour guidesCoordinate with bus companies and local suppliersSupport daily tour operations, schedules, and logisticsHandle customer inquiries and on-the-ground issues before, during, and after toursCommunicate closely with headquarters to support smooth operationsAssist in improving operational processes and guest experienceRequirementsFluency inEnglish and KoreanOREnglish and ChineseLegally eligible to work in Portugal (valid work visa or local residency)Strong communication skills and a responsible work attitudeComfortable handling customer-facing situationsAble to work independently and adapt in an early-stage environmentMust hold a valid driver’s license (required for site inspections and route research)SalaryMonthly salary: €2,700 – €3,400 (gross), depending on experienceEmployment TypeFull-timeHybrid work arrangement
