Recebemos diversos prêmios de Excelência em Satisfação do Cliente. Descrição do Cargo:Estamos a contratar Senior Network Support Engineer para se juntar à nossa equipa em Lisboa. Este cargo é focado em fornecer suporte técnico avançado, administração e engenharia de redes, além de garantir a segurança da rede. Requisitos: Manutenção, implementação e resolução de problemas de redes; Skills avançados de routing e switching (WAN E LAN) na componente Cisco; Experiência na implementação, gestão e troubleshooting de equipamentos de redes Cisco (ACI, SDWAN, Wireless Controller, ASDM, ISE); Conhecimentos em balanceadores F5; Conhecimentos em plataformas de monitorização e gestão de infraestrutura de networking; Habilidades de comunicação em inglês e português, tanto verbal como escrito; Autonomia no acompanhamento de projetos em curso relacionados com as tecnologias acima descritas; Certificação CCNA ou CCNP Collaboration ativa, ou em renovação; ITIL (certificação ou conhecimentos). Funções a desempenhar: Suporte e manutenção de toda infraestrutura (Cisco ACI, SDWAN, Wireless, ASDM, Balanceadores F5 LTM, etc…) Obrigatoriedades: Falar fluentemente Português, caso contrário a candidatura não será aceite. Experiência em routing e switching (WAN E LAN) na componente Cisco, com mínimo de 7 anos. Conhecimentos sólidos comprovados de Cisco ACI e SDWAN com mínimo de 2 anos. Localização: Lisboa (centro) Trabalho 100% Presencial, com possibilidade de hibrido passados 6 meses (mínimo) Disponível para fazer prevenção (on call) - cadência de 1 semana por cada 1/2 meses.
