Overview The Site Reliability Engineer (SRE) plays a critical role in ensuring the reliability, availability, and performance of our systems. The SRE will work closely with development teams to optimize and enhance the infrastructure and deployment processes, ultimately driving a culture of reliability within the organization. Key responsibilities Participate in software and system performance analysis, tuning, and demand/capacity planning for business-critical, large-scale, high availability applications. Architect solutions to address our scaling needs. Troubleshoot production issues across various services and layers of the stack. Improve operational processes. Build monitoring that alerts on symptoms rather than on outages. Evolve our technical architecture, infrastructure, code quality, tools, and culture to continually step up the quality and speed of our engineering systems. Required qualifications Experience in engineering and software architecture design. Have strong CS fundamentals, including algorithms, data structures, system design, and distributed systems. Productive, resourceful, and an effective problem solver. Fluent written and oral English skills. Nice to have: Experience working with , Go, PostgreSQL, Terraform, Kubernetes and Message Queues. Understanding of observability and orchestration tools. Enjoy designing, building, scaling, and maintaining production services. A passion for writing simple, maintainable code and taking a balanced approach, embracing pragmatism over perfection in your work. Fluency in cryptocurrencies or other digital assets as they are core to our business. Community talks, certifications, and/or blog posts on your interests and research. Open source project contributions of any kind, such as tools developed to solve specific problems you've had or fixing issues on existing projects.
