Our rapidly growing retail company is in need of a dedicated and organized Merchandising Coordinator to join our team in Braga, Portugal. As a Merchandising Coordinator, you will be responsible for creating and implementing merchandising strategies to drive sales and improve customer experience. Responsibilities

Develop and implement merchandising plans and strategies to increase sales and improve customer experience Collaborate with buyers and vendors to select products for display and promotions Monitor inventory levels and make recommendations for restocking or discontinuing products Analyze sales data to identify trends and make informed decisions about product placement Ensure that visual displays are attractive, organized, and in line with brand guidelines Train and supervise merchandisers to ensure they are following company standards Requirements

Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration or related field preferred Minimum of 2 years' experience in retail merchandising or related field Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make strategic decisions Excellent communication skills and ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously while meeting deadlines Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite; experience with retail software a plus Must have a valid biometric passport We offer competitive salary of 900$ per month without accommodation.
