We are a fast-growing startup looking for a Digital Marketing Manager to focus on generating high-quality leads and driving customer acquisition across multiple channels. Role: Generate qualified leads for our AI collaboration platform. Key metric: Cost Per Lead (CPL) and its conversion into clients. Responsibilities: develop and execute lead generation strategies across various channels (paid, organic, social, email, etc.); create and test ad creatives (e.G., banners, videos) with a strong focus on conversion; set up, monitor, and optimize paid campaigns to ensure the highest possible efficiency; develop and execute lead generation strategies across various channels (paid, organic, social, email, etc.). Qualification Criteria: 2+ years experience in B2B marketing; hands-onexperience and solid understanding of the US or Western European market. Requirements: proficiency in paid advertising tools (Google Ads, Meta Ads, LinkedIn Ads); expertise in Google Analytics and other data-driven tools; ability to work independently in a startup environment.
