About the role: This is a curricular internship that will focus on transforming existing Instructor-Led Training (ILT) materials into engaging eLearning modules. The intern will work primarily with the Easygenerator tool to restructure, redesign, and ensure it is interactive, effective, and aligned with learning objectives. As a part of your job, you will: Convert existing Instructor-Led Training (ILT) materials into interactive eLearning modules using Easygenerator. -Welcome to Celfocus Testing Framework Overview -Welcome to Best Practices for Requirements/Solution Analysis Review. -Welcome to Best Practices for Test Design and Requirements Coverage -Welcome to Best Practices for Test Execution. -Welcome to Best Practices for Defect Lifecycle Management -Welcome to Best Practices for Test Execution Status Reporting Organize and structure training content for digital delivery. Create and integrate multimedia elements (text, images, quizzes, simple interactions) to enhance learner engagement. Review training documents and collaborate with subject-matter experts to ensure content accuracy. Perform quality checks on eLearning modules to ensure clarity, consistency, and a smooth learner experience. Support updates, improvements, and maintenance of existing eLearning content. Assist in collecting feedback from learners and adjusting when needed. What are we looking for? Currently enrolled in a Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Engineering, Biomedical Engineering, Information Technology and Systems, Web Information Systems, or a related field. Personal traits Good English speaker Curiosity and eagerness to learn – willing to explore new tools, methods, and technologies. Attention to detail – ensures content is accurate, well-structured, and error-free. Creativity – able to design engaging, interactive learning materials. Good communication skills – can clearly convey ideas and collaborate with subject-matter experts. Self-motivation and proactivity – take initiative, manage tasks independently, and meet deadlines. Adaptability and flexibility – can handle changes in content, tools, or project scope. Problem-solving mindset – can troubleshoot issues with content, design, or technical tools. Organizational skills – manages multiple modules or tasks Team spirit - works well with others, takes feedback constructively, and contributes to group goals.
