Customer Service Advisor Backoffice - Portugues Speaker (m/f/d)

What you will enjoy doing
  • You will provide support via phone/chat/email from existing and new/potential customers by solving customer simple queries that impact the performance of the business.
  • Guide the customers through the Webshop.
  • Transfer queries to the corresponding department.
  • Ensuring that the data received from the customers is accurately and timely maintained is part of your job.
  • Further, you will ensure the maintenance of Master Data Management, Contract Management, and Pricing Master.
  • In addition, you will manage requests through existing channels to the appropriate person responsible for complex requests in the different areas of the business (sales, receivables, delivery, etc.).
What makes you great
  • You are able to communicate efficiently by phone and email with customers on a daily basis (handling requests, complaints, etc.).
  • Excellent communication skills, conflict resolution orientation, and stress resistance.
  • Fluency in Portuguese as a native language; English is a plus.
  • High school education (Baccalaureate) is required for this position.
  • You are proactive, focused on responding quickly to customer needs.
  • Basic knowledge of SAP/ERP would be an asset.
  • You have a strong commitment to teamwork, are highly goal and objective-oriented, as well as have a strong customer focus and dedication to customer service.
  • You possess analytical and negotiation skills.

This role is a full-time position based on a limited contract. The standard weekly working hours will be from 09:00 hrs till 18:00 hrs.
