As part of our international development, we are looking for a QA Engineer for our new office in Lisbon.MAIN RESPONSIBILITIESAt Bedrock, we're looking for someone to help us guarantee a stable and cohesive product, with an automation-first approach.As a QA Engineer, you'll:Analyse and report problems detected with clear steps to reproduce, and a good understanding of the environment eco-system (feature branch, master branch, staging environment, production environment)Take part in the ongoing validation of the output of development teams, as well as in the non-regression testing prior to deployment in production environmentsWrite and update manual test cases, ensure their proper execution, perform exploratory tests on Smart TVsWrite and update automated test cases in Suitest using the test editor, as well as the JavaScript APIIntegrate technical topics in the QA process:Run existing automated test packs in the non-regression suite and interpret their resultsUse browser extensions and applications to assess accessibility standardsLearn about third party toolsWrite and communicate test reports and Quality related documentsAttend and contribute to QA and development team meetingsWHAT WE'RE LOOKING FORBusiness skills:Proficiency in writing test cases and process documentationProficiency in Gherkin languageA good command of JavaScriptAbility to classify the severity of anomaliesExperience with Squash Test Management tool preferredExperience with Suitest OTT Test Automation tool preferredPersonal skills:Decision-makingAbility to analyse and synthesize issuesClear communicationCross-functional skills:Contribute to team spirit and cooperationAdaptability in the face of changeAbility to think like a user, and have a focus on the quality of servicePropose ideas of improvement and ways to adapt and improve team processesBe able to interact in English (target B2 level) across multi-cultural teamsLIFE AT BEDROCKYou'll join an enthusiastic, friendly and close-knit team in a fast-growing tech company with more than 10 years' experience and a strong network of media shareholders.Work flexibility and brand new office spaces with a great location.A top-notch tech expertise: documentation, support, R&D, management seniority.Work Evolutions & opportunities within the company, as well as training.Strong human connections: Last Friday Talks, Demo, Meet Up, HR Roadshows.
