Seeking senior SAP HCM Consultant for client in Portugal
Role Overview
- Position: SAP HCM Consultant with SuccessFactors
- Location: Fully remote
- Duration: 3–4 months (with possibility of extension )
Key Responsibilities:
- Implement, configure, and support SAP HCM and SuccessFactors modules, particularly Employee Central and Time Management.
- Manage and optimize payroll processes for Portugal and Spain , ensuring legal compliance and alignment with company policies.
- Act as the primary liaison between business stakeholders, HR teams, and IT regarding HCM and payroll-related topics.
- Drive system enhancements, upgrades, and integrations between SAP HCM, SuccessFactors, and third-party solutions.
- Participate in or lead the rollout of HR digitalisation initiatives across Iberia.
- Provide 2nd and 3rd-level support for payroll-related issues.
- Collaborate with finance and compliance teams to align payroll outputs with regulatory and accounting requirements.
- Train and support HR users on system functionalities and new processes.
