We are a family-owned company in Agualva-Cacém, looking to immediately hire a motivated and reliable Administrative & Commercial Officer, who will also work as Assistant to the CEO, supporting daily tasks and assigned responsibilities. Main Responsibilities: Assisting the CEO with daily administrative and assigned tasks Handling office correspondence, documentation, and emails Supporting sales-related activities and client communication Following up on tasks and internal coordination Requirements: Previous experience in administrative or office roles (preferred) Good working knowledge of Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) Minimum high school diploma Interest in sales, communication, and negotiation Organized, reliable, proactive, and motivated to grow Ability to communicate in English and Portuguese (spoken & written) Import/export knowledge is a plus, but not mandatory What We Offer: Immediate hiring Friendly, family-like environment Direct collaboration with the CEO Learning and growth opportunities Negotiable salary, based on skills and experience Applications that do not meet most of the above requirements may not be considered.
