Salesforce Commerce Consultant Location: Lisbon, hybrid. Type: Full-time, long-term. Languages: Portuguese and English speaking. We are expanding our Salesforce Practice and looking for talented professionals at different seniority levels to join our team. If you are passionate about Salesforce, eager to grow, and motivated to shape innovative CRM solutions, we would love to hear from you Responsibilities: Leadership & Team Management: Lead, mentor, and manage a team of SFCC developers, administrators, and business analysts to deliver high-quality solutions. Foster a collaborative and innovative team culture, ensuring alignment with company goals and objectives. Oversee hiring, training, and performance evaluations for the SFCC team. Platform Strategy & Implementation: Architect, design, and implement Salesforce Commerce Cloud solutions to support e-commerce, customer self-service portals, and digital engagement for utility services. Collaborate with cross-functional teams (e.g., marketing, customer service, IT, and operations) to define and execute the digital commerce strategy. Ensure the SFCC platform is optimized for scalability, performance, and security to meet the needs of a large customer base.
