WAREHOUSE DATA MIGRATOR (HYBRID) Portuguese company hires for hybrid position  Location:  Porto, Portugal Work Model: Hybrid – 3 days per week on-site Only candidates already based in Portugal will be considered. This will significantly increase your chances of success   We are looking for a highly skilled Warehouse Data Migrator to join our team and support ongoing data transformation, validation, and integration initiatives. Responsibilities Data Extraction & Transformation Extract data from existing warehouse management systems; clean, format, and transform it to meet the new system's requirements. Data Loading & Validation Load data into target systems using approved tools and scripts.Perform rigorous validation checks to ensure accuracy, completeness, and consistency. Documentation & Reporting Maintain detailed migration logs and documentation, and prepare reports on migration progress, issues, and resolutions. Quality Assurance Identify and resolve data discrepancies promptly, and clearly communicate recurring issues or patterns to all stakeholders with a solution-oriented approach.Ensure compliance with data governance, quality, and security standards. Functional Skills Proven hands-on experience in data migration projects, preferably involving non-SAP to SAP migrations in warehouse or logistics environments.Familiarity with warehouse management systems, ERP systems, and SQL databases.Experience with SAP EWM, Windchill PLM, and transferring data from non-regulated systems into regulated environments.Strong understanding of warehouse workflows and inventory management processes. Technical Skills Proficiency with data migration tools, DQNs, and ETL processes.Strong knowledge of SQL, Excel, and data validation techniques.Experience with Agile or hybrid project management methodologies.Knowledge of data migration best practices, including mock runs, cutover planning, and data reconciliation. Soft Skills Exceptional attention to detail and problem-solving abilities, maintaining accuracy and structure even under tight deadlines.Strong communication and collaboration skills across multiple teams. Mandatory Technologies (mustappear in the CV – last 5 years) SAP EWM, Windchill PLM, SQL, ETL tools, data migration tools (including DQN), Warehouse Management Systems (WMS), ERP platforms, Excel, data validation frameworks, Agile or hybrid project management tools (e.g., JIRA, Confluence). #
