Se és apaixonado por Dados, gostas de transformar informação em conhecimento estratégico, tens espírito crítico, capacidade analítica, foco na qualidade e segurança dos dados, e gosto pelo trabalho colaborativo, esta pode ser a oportunidade certa para ti O teu objetivo será coordenar e desenvolver pipelines de dados robustos e escaláveis, assegurando a integração, qualidade e disponibilidade da informação para suportar decisões estratégicas. Irás colaborar com equipas multidisciplinares, incluindo Data Science e Analytics, promovendo boas práticas de engenharia de dados e segurança. Requisitos: Licenciatura e/ou Mestrado em Engenharia Informática, Ciência de Dados, Sistemas de Informação ou áreas similares; 3 a 5 anos de experiência profissional em funções semelhantes; Domínio de SQL (avançado) e conhecimento em Python (preferencial); Conhecimentos básicos de Java ou Scala são valorizados; Experiência com bases de dados relacionais (PostgreSQL, SQL Server) e noções de NoSQL (MongoDB, Cassandra); Conhecimento de ferramentas de ETL como Talend, Informatica, Airflow ou dbt; Noções de serviços de dados em cloud (Azure Data Factory, AWS Glue, GCP Dataflow); Familiaridade com tecnologias Big Data como Hadoop e Spark; Experiência com Git e práticas de CI/CD; Bons conhecimentos de inglês; Certificações valorizadas: Google Cloud Professional Data Programmer, BigQuery Certified, Certificação em SQL ou Big Data. Principais Objetivos e Responsabilidades: Coordenar squads de engenharia de dados, assegurando entregas dentro dos prazos e padrões definidos; Definir arquiteturas e estratégias para pipelines de dados escaláveis e resilientes; Desenvolver e manter processos ETL/ELT para ingestão e transformação de dados; Modelar dados em ambientes relacionais e não relacionais; Garantir a qualidade e consistência dos dados através de testes e validações; Colaborar com equipas de Data Science e Analytics na disponibilização de datasets; Monitorizar e otimizar a performance das pipelines de dados; Apoiar na implementação de boas práticas de segurança e compliance; Atuar como referência técnica para Juniores Data Developers e interagir com áreas de negócio.
