We are looking for anApplication Support Consultant (L2)with strong functional knowledge ofEKIP, to join a second-level support team focused on business-critical leasing applications. This role sits between IT and business, ensuring application stability, efficient incident resolution, and high-quality support to end users in an international environment. Key Responsibilities Providesecond-level (L2) application supportfor the EKIP platform Analyze and resolve functional and technical incidents related to leasing processes Support end users and business teams, mainly in aFrench-speaking context Manage and analyzeleasing contractswithin the application Collaborate with L3 / development teams when escalation is required Contribute to application stability and continuous improvement Required Skills & Experience Professional proficiency in French(mandatory) Solid knowledge ofleasing products Experience incontract management Background inapplication technical/functional support Strong analytical and problem-solving skills Ability to communicate effectively with business and IT stakeholders Hybrid work: 2/3x in the office in Lisbon
