Handle sensitive material with professionalism and emotional resilience. What we´re looking for: Excellent command of Italian (C1 or higher) and good English skills (B2 level). Availability to work in rotational shifts (24/7 coverage). Quick learner, adaptable to new tools and procedures. Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
