How It Works Our AI generates a longlist and enriches each profile with hundreds of data points to produce a precise shortlist. Your LinkedIn connects seamlessly, sending targeted connection requests and messages to the best-fit candidates. You step in where it counts — engaging talent, answering questions, and moving qualified candidates forward. Think of it as having a 24/7 sourcing machine, while you focus on the human conversations that close hires. Earnings 10% of the success fee per hire (average success fee = $15K → ~$1.5K per placement). +10% bonus if you personally screen the candidate. 20% for referrals (introduce a candidate who gets hired).
