BI Analyst ResponsibilitiesDevelop and build new dashboards to provide actionable insights.  Define and manage materialized views (MV) to optimize data retrieval.  Identify and troubleshoot potential data issues within dashboards, utilizing Redshift SQL as needed.  Support server health investigations and collaborate with the infrastructure team to ensure optimal server performance.  Manage application-level tasks, including version upgrades and maintenance. Skills Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Mathematics, Engineering, or a related field. 3+ years' experience in BI or data analytics roles; telecom industry experience advantageous. Demonstrated success with large-scale data analytics projects and multi-source integrations. Expert knowledge of SQL for querying, data manipulation, and technical troubleshooting. Strong hands-on experience with Tableau for dashboard/report design, deployment, and maintenance. Analytical mindset, attention to detail, and ability to communicate technical concepts to non-technical audiences. Nice to HaveExperience implementing and managing Snowflake databases and performing data modeling tasks. Proficient with SnapLogic for ETL pipeline design, orchestration, and real-time data integration. Telecom data model experience, including network performance, and customer analytics, preferred.
