As a Part-Time QA Engineer at our fast-growing tech company in Porto, Portugal, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the quality and functionality of our software products. With your keen attention to detail and strong technical skills, you will work closely with our development team to identify bugs and issues, perform thorough testing and debugging, and provide valuable feedback for improvement.
Key Responsibilities:- Conduct manual and automated testing on software products to ensure they meet quality standards
- Identify, document and track bugs and issues found during testing
- Collaborate with developers to troubleshoot issues and suggest improvements
- Develop test plans and strategies for new features or updates
- Keep up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in software testing
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field
- 1+ years of experience as a QA Engineer or similar role
- Strong knowledge of software development processes, methodologies, and tools
- Experience with manual and automated testing techniques
- Familiarity with bug tracking systems such as JIRA or Bugzilla
- Ability to work independently as well as in a team environment
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail
This is a part-time position with flexible working hours. We value work-life balance for all our employees.
Salary:We offer a competitive salary of $1300 per month.
Location:Our office is located in the vibrant city of Porto, known for its rich history, beautiful architecture, and thriving tech scene. Applicants must be currently residing in Porto or willing to relocate.
