Our client is recruiting a Production Manager for a multinational company in the automotive industry.Responsabilidades ChaveThe candidate we are looking for will report to the Plant Manager and their principal responsibilities are:Oversee manufacturing/production operations.Develop manufacturing plans and establish procedures for maintaining high standards of manufacturing operations to ensure that products conform to established customer and company quality standards.Optimize utilization of manpower, machinery, materials, and other resources to deliver operational excellence and to meet the annual budgetary plan.Identify, recommend, and implement changes to improve productivity and reduce cost and scrap; monitor scrap and rework data.Direct the establishment, implementation, and maintenance of production standards.Proceed with team alterations as necessary on a timely evaluation basis and per the supervisor's instructions.Coordinate tasks and needs with other production/support areas (injection, maintenance, logistics, HR).Coordinate training actions, development activities, and staff evaluation programs with the HR department.Ensure compliance with local regulations and the company's SOP (Standard of Procedure).Cooperate with several essential programs related to manufacturing procedures (e.g., Safety, plant layout changes, installation of equipment, maintenance, EHS & 6S, cost reduction, training, security, etc.).Drive and manage the Continuous Improvement programs in efficiency improvement, indirect material utilization, and product quality yield.Regular communication and coordination with CS SH.CompetênciasBachelor's degree or above in the field of engineering.Experience in the automotive industry, preferably in operations with over 3 years' experience in managing an entire operation of a manufacturing plant.Technical background in the field of auto components, process, and test engineering is highly preferred; experience and knowledge in injection manufacturing is an advantage.Hands-on experience in base technology, lean manufacturing, international quality systems: IATF16949/ISO9001/ISO14001, and driving productivity and quality improvement programs.Proficient in English and good communication skills.Principais BenefíciosOpportunity to grow and develop your professional skills in a new international project for the automotive industry.
