With our exceptionally talented & diverse team, and our A+ client portfolio, the world is our oyster We’re looking for an experienced Digital Strategist to join our team - someone who loves connecting insight, data, and technology to shape digital strategies that truly make an impact. Hybrid – 1 day per week in the office (Lisbon), the benchmark allocated to this position is €60.000 to €75.000 gross per year. About the Role As a Digital Strategist, you’ll play a key role in developing data-driven, human-centered strategies across multiple digital domains - including media, content, CRM, UX, and technology. You’ll work closely with our internal digital specialized teams and client teams to bring ideas to life and ensure our clients’ brands thrive across every touchpoint. You’ll be both thinker and doer: analyzing audiences and performance data, leading workshops, inspiring clients, and turning complexity into clarity. RESPONSIBILITIES Lead the creation of digital marketing and communication strategies aligned with business goals and audience insights. Design integrated, omnichannel frameworks that drive both growth and engagement. Partner with creative, media, data, and technology teams to ensure seamless execution. Present insights and recommendations to senior clients and internal stakeholders. Stay ahead of emerging trends and digital innovation to keep strategies fresh and relevant. QUALIFICATIONS 8–10 years of experience in digital strategy, marketing, or communications, ideally combining client-side and agency experience. Language skill of Hoch Deutsch (German/German) (a plus but not required) Strong understanding of brand strategy, digital ecosystems, and integrated campaign planning. Experience across multiple digital domains (media, content, CRM, UX, data, tech). Excellent analytical and storytelling skills - you can turn insights into engaging narratives. Proven ability to simplify the complex and translate strategy into actionable steps. Comfortable working in multicultural environments and collaborating across borders. A self-starter with strong problem-solving skills, able to work autonomously and proactively. A good listener and empathetic communicator, skilled at connecting with people and building trust.
