Architecture Manager vacancy in Lisbon Portugal
The Architecture Manager will oversee and manage all aspects of architectural design and construction projects in the city of Lisbon, Portugal. This role requires a skilled and experienced professional with a deep understanding of architectural principles, as well as experience in project management and team leadership. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 5 years experience in architecture, with a strong portfolio showcasing their design skills. This is an excellent opportunity for a skilled Architecture Manager looking to take on challenging projects while living in the beautiful city of Lisbon. Responsibilities
Lead and manage architectural projects from conception to completion Develop project plans, budgets, and schedules Collaborate with clients, contractors, engineers, and other team members to ensure project success Conduct site visits to ensure construction is meeting design specifications Review and approve design proposals from team members Mentor and support junior architects on the team Stay updated on industry trends and advancements in technology Requirements
Bachelor's or Master's degree in Architecture Minimum of 5 years experience in architecture Strong understanding of architectural principles and building codes Proven experience in project management, including budgeting and scheduling Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal Proficient in relevant software such as AutoCAD, SketchUp, Revit, etc. Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team Preferred Qualifications
Experience working in the city of Lisbon or Portugal Familiarity with sustainable design principles Fluent in Portuguese or Spanish
Salary:
