Customer Support Representative French Speaker (On-Site, Portugal) Are you a French-speaking professional ready to deliver outstanding customer support?We're hiring a Customer Support Representative (French) to join our on-site team in Porto, Portugal. This role offers the chance to support one of Europe's most recognized telecom brands while developing valuable communication and problem-solving skills. What You'll DoHandle inbound calls from customers regarding subscriptions, billing, and technical issues.Provide clear, friendly, and professional assistance to ensure customer satisfaction.Offer personalized solutions during each interaction.Represent the brand with professionalism and empathy. What You BringFrench Native or strong C2 level.No previous experience required, full training provided.Strong communication skills and a customer-oriented mindset.Availability to work on rotating shifts (Monday to Saturday, between 07:00 and 19:00). Why Youll Love ItBase Salary: 930 EUR gross/month ×14 payments.Meal Allowance: 9 EUR per working day.Performance Bonus: up to 100EUR /month after the first 3 months.Private Health Insurance (after 4 months).Transportation reimbursement up to 40EUR /month.Work on-site in Porto in a friendly, multicultural environment.
