Defect Manager

We are looking for a Defect Manager,with 10+ years of experience for an exciting and challenging position This is a full-time,hybrid position located in Lisbon. Responsibilities: Own the Defect Approach and Strategy Manage the Defect Process ensuring compliance by all teams Review new defects ensuring they have all required information/evidence Triage defects with relevant stakeholders to determine appropriate severity and priority Communicate impact of defects to all relevant teams Work with development teams to agree defect fix dates aligned to agreed SLAs/Project milestones Coordinate defect retests with testing teams, aligned to agreed SLAs/Project milestones Requirements: Experience in QA/DefectManagement for large-scale projects Ability to analyze defect patterns and reommend preventive actions Strong understading of SDLC, STLC, Agile and Defect Management processes Hands-on experience with JIRA, Zephyr, Azure DevOps, or similar tools ISTQB Foundation Certificate (concluded) Excellent communication, Stakeholder management, and conflict-resolution skills High proficiency in English (spoken and written) What we offer?
