As a Compensation & Benefits Manager, you will be responsible for designing, implementing, and managing competitive compensation and benefits programs to attract, retain, and motivate top talent. You will ensure that our compensation strategy aligns with business goals, legal requirements, and industry best practices. Key Responsibilities Develop and oversee compensation structures, including salary benchmarking, pay scales, and incentive programs. Manage employee benefits programs such as health insurance, retirement plans, and wellness initiatives. Conduct market analysis and salary surveys to ensure competitive pay structures. Ensure compliance with local labor laws and regulations regarding compensation and benefits. Collaborate with HR and Finance teams to manage payroll budgeting and forecasting. Provide expertise on performance-based compensation models and reward strategies. Communicate benefits programs effectively to employees and provide guidance on compensation-related matters. Drive initiatives to enhance employee satisfaction and retention through innovative compensation strategies. Requirements Bachelors or Masters degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.Proven experience (3+ years) in compensation and benefits management, preferably in a multinational or HR services environment.Strong knowledge of salary benchmarking, labor laws, and HR best practices.Proficiency in HR software and data analysis tools. Excellent analytical, negotiation, and communication skills. Ability to work cross-functionally with HR, Finance, and senior management. Fluent in English; additional languages (Portuguese or French) are a plus.
