Job DescriptionWe are looking forFrench-speaking Customer Service Representativesto join an international customer support team based inBraga, Portugal. In this role, you will support customers viaphone, email, and chat, providing high-quality service related tomeal card products. You will handle customer inquiries professionally while ensuring accuracy, compliance, and customer satisfaction. Responsibilities Handle customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat Assist with meal card activation, balance checks, and transaction-related issues Provide clear and accurate information about products and services Document all customer interactions in the CRM system Collaborate with internal teams to resolve complex cases Ensure compliance with internal procedures and service quality standards Work Schedule Monday to Friday Rotational shifts between 07:00 – 19:00 Days off: Saturday & Sunday Work Model First month: Fully on-site in Braga After onboarding: Hybrid / On-site (Portugal-based) Salary & Benefits Base Salary: €880 gross/month (paid over 14 months) Performance Bonus: €140/month (paid over 12 months) Meal Allowance: €7.23 net/day Requirements French at C2 / Native level (mandatory, no accent) Previous customer service experience is a plus Strong communication and problem-solving skills Ability to work in a fast-paced, structured environment Comfortable using CRM tools and digital platforms How to Apply Interested candidates who meet thelanguage and location requirementsare encouraged to apply.
