Use your extensive SAP Finance and business process expertise to help clients transform and enhance their finance functions and internal control environments. As a Manager, you will lead SAP Finance transformation projects, manage client relationships, mentor team members, and contribute to the growth of EY's SAP practice. You will work closely with senior client stakeholders to deliver innovative solutions across SAP S/4HANA Finance implementations and business transformation initiatives.
Your key responsibilities
- Lead SAP S/4HANA Finance projects and workstreams from strategy and design through implementation and deployment;
- Manage project teams and supervise the delivery of high-quality client solutions within budget and timelines;
- Drive finance transformation initiatives and advise clients on best practices in SAP Finance and digital transformation;
- Facilitate executive-level workshops and engage with senior business and IT stakeholders;
- Oversee business process design, configuration reviews, solution validation, testing and deployment activities;
- Ensure project governance, risk management and quality assurance throughout the project lifecycle;
- Coach, mentor and develop junior team members, fostering their professional growth;
