Join us and help the world's leading organizations unlock the value of technology and build a more sustainable, more inclusive world.  YOUR ROLE Manage and maintain the existing integration between Ping AIC and Salesforce. Ensure smooth operation of identity services across all connected applications. Define authentication and authorization flows using OAuth 2.0, OpenID Connect, and SAML. Ensure proper handling of identity data between (A Ping ID comprou a ForgeRock (=Ping AIC), Salesforce, and downstream systems. Enforce security best practices for identity management. Provide technical support for identity-related incidents and escalations Monitor and improve CIAM performance, scalability, and reliability. YOUR PROFILE 5+ years of proven experience as a Customer IAM Integration Engineer, or equivalent. Experience of GDPR compliance and other relevant data protection regulations. Authentication and Authorization using OAuth 2.0, OpenID Connect, and SAML. APIs (Rest). Ping Advanced Identity Cloud (Formerly ForgeRock). Integration with CRM (Salesforce). Experience in System migrations. Knowledge of API-Led Connectivity. Strong communication, stakeholder collaboration. Proactive problem-solving and troubleshooting. Ability to work in agile teams.
