FUNÇÃO

Para integrar a equipa de Após-Venda da Astara, procuramos um(a) After Sales Manager, que será responsável pela gestão do Após-Venda das marcas que representamos e implementação nas oficinas autorizadas.

A reportar ao Director de Após-Venda da Astara, procuramos um profissional que tenha fortes competências e experiência na gestão do Após-Venda na indústria automóvel.

PERFIL PESSOAL

  • Capacidade de inovar e trazer novas ideias;
  • Facilidade no relacionamento interpessoal e capacidade para trabalhar em equipa;
  • Raciocínio analítico e estratégico;
  • Excelente capacidade de comunicação oral e escrita, nomeadamente com fornecedores e concessionários;
  • Competências de organização, capacidade de análise e liderança;
  • Dinamismo, proatividade e resiliência;
  • Gosto por novos desafios.

RESPONSABILIDADES

  • Análise das políticas Após-Venda das marcas e implementação nas oficinas autorizadas em Portugal;
  • Experiência em programas que envolvam a digitalização do sector automóvel, nomeadamente a conectividade e o serviço ao cliente;
  • Apresentação dos programas digitais das marcas junto de concessionários e clientes;
  • Gestão e implementação de projectos críticos para o negócio.

EXPERIÊNCIA E QUALIFICAÇÕES:

  • Licenciatura em Engenharia Mecânica (preferencial);
  • 5 anos experiência em funções de gestão após-venda;
  • Destreza tecnológica, valorizada a experiência em ambiente Salesforce;
  • Fluência escrita e falada em inglês.
