Plan and execute menus in collaboration with the team. Ensure adequate stock levels and manage daily ingredient availability. Place orders in a timely and efficient manner. Follow the guidance of the executive chef and sous-chef. Propose new dish presentations, rules, and procedures to optimize processes. Maintain kitchen productivity, focusing on speed and food quality. Ensure compliance with all health, safety, and hygiene standards. Collaborate effectively with colleagues and supervisors. Continuously develop innovative ideas and solutions for complex challenges. Constructively challenge the status quo and turn problems into opportunities. Foster an environment that encourages experimentation and calculated risk-taking. Ensure customer satisfaction through assertive communication, teamwork, and constructive conflict management. Plan and manage work efficiently, demonstrating autonomy, meeting objectives, and optimizing response times and workflows. Demonstrate rigor, credibility, stress resistance during peak periods, and commitment to the company's image. Analyze, assess, and make well‑informed decisions from multiple perspectives, consulting others when appropriate. What are we looking for?
