About the Role *** A third party will recruit, hire, and employ this position. As the Product Manager for our Policy Protect solution, you will play a major role in Riskified's mission to detect and prevent eCommerce policy abuse. Policy Protect uses advanced machine learning to show merchants in real-time which orders, claims, and customers are trustworthy and profitable—and which ones aren't. In this role, you'll collaborate closely with engineering and product design teams to build a state of the art product experience for the use of the Policy Protect users. You'll focus on developing a sophisticated, yet highly intuitive user interface, that will assure an optimal end to end experience to users, and will enable them to review, analyze and customize all the abuse related activities in their domain. You'll balance technical constraints with business needs in the product roadmap, contributing to continuous improvement and growth. What You'll Be Doing *Collaborate with Dev and Product design teams *to build new and maintain a top notch, multi functional,  user interface for the use of the Policy Protect merchants. *Own end to end flows within the domain, *teach and trainour GTM teamsand merchants on how to best review, analyze and customize their own policies. *Push new sales opportunities forward *by meeting with prospects, merchants, and potential partners. Understand their challenges, coordinate actions internally and evolve the product to solve pressing merchant needs. *Drive product development *by prioritizing and managing the product backlog, ensuring we solve critical challenges related to policy abuse and deliver value to our merchants. Qualifications 3+ years of product management experience in a technical or data platform domain. Strong UX fluency. Experience building complex, yet intuitive user interfaces for SAAS products. Proven ability to collaborate with engineers, product design and BI teams, in a highly cross-functional setting. Experience in working with GTM teams and directly with merchants, in order to drive adoption. Excellent problem-solving, prioritization, and execution skills in a fast-paced environment.
