The ideal candidate is a team player who will be responsible for working with company data in various business areas. Specific responsibilities include reporting metrics, analyzing methodologies, suggesting operation improvements, and building proposal evaluations in a cross-functional environment.Main Tasks:• Requirement formalization and Change Request cycle• Use of BA best practices• Tax Knowledge• Contribute to pre analysis with Business• Clarify, analyze from a critical and constructive perspective, and challenge the need expressed by the Business• Formalize the functional requirements and have it validated by Business• Provide functional expertise and guidance to IT Developers• Contribute on functional testing activities and assist the Business in conducting user tests• Follow the various phases of the projects/release• Respect workflows, planning and deadlines and ensure a good level of reportingTechnical skills:• Master’s Degree required in Computer Science, Engineering, Finance, Management, Tax or Law;• Minimum 4 years’ financial industry experience with an emphasis on Tax activity;• Experience with Agile methodologies;• Experience with relational databases (preferably SQL)• Experience with Agile Methodologies• Strong knowledge of Tax activity;• Overall general IT knowledge and Custody are a plus;
