Latitude Group Travel – Leading providers of domestic and international educational travel, specifically serving the Australasian market. The Learning Adventure is part of Transforma Travel Group, a leading youth travel company. Transforma’s family of brands create culturally enriching, off-the-beaten-track, and educational adventures for travellers and students alike. Across all our brands, our mission is the same: to expand minds through transformative travel experiences. The role: We’re seeking a Marketing Executive to join our Educational Tours Marketing team, working alongside the Head of Educational Tours Marketing and our Senior Marketing Executive to deliver high-quality internal and external marketing assets and content that support our Product, Operations, and Sales teams – and serve the needs of our global customer base. Our Executive should be proficient using social media platforms including Instagram, LinkedIn, and Facebook, and a high-quality copywriter able to turn their skills to a variety of destinations, topics, & educational travel information. They will need to be able to work in a fast-paced environment with a multi-faceted workload, with key strengths in communication (both between their team and out to our global audience), confidence in their skillset, and an eye for good content, copywriting, and design. They should also have proven understanding of tracking and reporting on platform engagements, working knowledge of SEO and keyword trends, and be confident adapting to using new website platforms based on WordPress. Responsibilities: Managing the design, creation, scheduling, and execution of our social media content marketing strategy across our three brands, with feed-in to the monthly content calendar as built by the Senior Marketing Executive. Research, keyword optimization, and writing of high-quality blog content for our websites (both based on WordPress), based upon our monthly content calendar. Co-ownership (alongside the Senior Marketing Executive) of the creation, scheduling, and execution of our email marketing newsletters in line with our monthly content calendar, with key emphasis on regional segmentation and future emphasis on A/B testing. Monthly reporting on social media and email newsletter marketing efforts, with ability to source key statistics (engagements, conversions, open/clickthrough rates etc.) and interpret these effectively for future development. Key point of contact for internal marketing asset creation, working with our Sales teams and beyond to create high-quality branded resources for use across the business and with customers. Management of website changes and amendments as needed by our Product, Operations, and Sales teams. Writing, formatting, and upload of new school tour itineraries as provided by our Product teams, with emphasis on creating engaging, exciting copy that demonstrates the value of our product and aligns with keyword analysis and SEO efforts. Feed-in and collaboration on wider marketing strategy and content execution. Competencies: Strong copywriting skills , creating engaging content for websites and marketing campaigns. Good design eye , with experience using tools like Canva to produce polished marketing assets (digital and print). Confident using social media (Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn) to build brand voice, trust, and awareness. Excellent communication skills , working well with internal teams and communicating clearly with customers/markets. Strong understanding of brand voice , able to shape consistent, high-quality content across multiple brands globally. Self-motivated and organised , able to manage tasks independently and meet deadlines. Working knowledge of SEO, including keyword research, industry trend awareness, and writing copy that improves website visibility Experience with email marketing , including newsletters, segmentation, reporting, and campaign copywriting. Team player , comfortable juggling priorities and collaborating with a wider marketing team. Analytical mindset , able to interpret social and email performance metrics and use insights to improve results. Passion for travel and education , with an interest in the value of educational tours in schools. Experience & requirements: Fluent or native English communication skills 1–2 years’ marketing experience , ideally in travel, education, or a related industry Strong copywriting and design skills , producing engaging blog, newsletter, and website content that reflects brand voice and audience needs as well as high-quality assets Comfortable with reporting and insights, using social and email metrics (reach, engagement, open/click rates) to improve performance (GA4 a bonus) WordPress experience, including updating pages, managing templates, and creating new content (WPBakery or Elementor a bonus) Nice to have HubSpot experience (newsletters, workflows, reporting, contact management) Familiarity with SEO tools such as SEO PowerSuite or similar platforms What you get from us: Support: We’re committed to your professional growth and will invest time to ensure you succeed in the role.
