Dutch-Speaking Junior Finance & Accounting Specialist Medical Devices IntroductionWe are looking for a dynamic Dutch-speaking Junior Finance & Accounting Specialist to join our client a global leader in insulin delivery and diabetes-technology based in Porto, Portugal. What the job is aboutIn this role, you will: Support the end-to-end Order-to-Cash (O2C) process for Dutch-speaking customers. Process customer orders accurately and promptly via e-mail and other channels. Generate invoices and credit notes in compliance with company policies. Apply customer payments daily, monitor AR ageing reports, and follow up on overdue invoices. Resolve routine billing or reconciliation queries and escalate complex issues as needed. Assist in month-end and quarter-end closing, reconciliations, audit requirements, and maintain accurate customer master data in the ERP system. RequirementsYou should bring: A Bachelors degree in Commerce, Accounting or Finance. At least 6 months of experience in Accounts Receivable, O2C or finance operations (2-5 years is a plus). Knowledge of accounting and finance principles. Strong MS Excel skills (V-lookups, pivot tables preferred). Familiarity with ERP systems (SAP, Oracle, NetSuite) is an advantage. Fluency in Dutch (C1) and good English (C1) skills. A customer-service mindset, attention to detail, strong multitasking ability and team spirit.
