Corporate Finance

The Corporate Finance & Structured Debt Analyst will support Greenvolt's group-level financing activities, including corporate debt, structured finance, capital markets, and project finance across the company's renewable energy portfolio. The role provides analytical, modelling, and execution support for corporate facilities, acquisition financing, refinancings, green loans, and project-level debt solutions across solar, wind, biomass and distributed generation assets. This is a hands-on role in a fast-growing renewables platform, ideal for someone who wants exposure to both corporate and project finance, working closely with senior management, lenders, investors, and external advisors. Key Responsibilities: Corporate & Structured Debt Support Assist in preparing and maintaining corporate financial models used for debt monitoring, liquidity analysis, leverage planning and covenant headroom. Support the execution of corporate financing transactions, Term Loans, Bonds, Commercial Paper, RCFs, private placements, and structured debt solutions. Prepare materials for lenders, shareholders, and internal decision-making (credit papers, investor decks, capital structure analysis). Assist in reviewing and tracking compliance with corporate facility covenants. Support due diligence processes during financings and refinancings. Project Finance Assist in preparing project finance models for on solar, wind, biomass and distributed generation transactions. Support the Project Finance team in interactions with banks, legal counsel, technical advisors, and financial advisors. Compile due diligence responses, coordinate data rooms, and review technical/ESG reports. Help prepare lender Q&A and financing documentation comment matrices. Monitor project financial performance and debt compliance post-closing. Analysis & Market Support Analyse company financials, sector dynamics, PPA structures, and regulatory frameworks. Monitor interest rate trends, green finance standards, and market comparables. Prepare dashboards, summaries, and presentations for senior management. Internal Support & Cross-Team Collaboration Work closely with FP&A, M&A, Development, Legal, and the broader Finance team. Prepare concise summaries and dashboards for senior leadership. Support process improvements in modelling, reporting, and financing execution. Requirements Key Qualifications: Bachelor's or Master's degree in finance, business, or a related field. 2 years of experience in corporate finance, investment banking, structured finance, project finance, or audit/transaction services. Degree in Finance, Economics or related quantitative discipline. Experience with renewable energy or infrastructure finance is a plus, not a requirement. Fluency in English and Portuguese. Good communication and negotiation skills. Skills: Strong Excel and financial modelling skills (3-statement models, corporate cash flows, project finance models, scenario analysis). Good understanding of debt financing concepts: DSCR, gearing, covenants, structuring mechanics, term sheets. Ability to read and interpret financing documentation. Microsoft tolls knowledge required but special focus on PowerPoint proficiency for building clear lender/investor presentations. Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities. Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines. Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to influence stakeholders at all levels. Benefits What do we have to offer?
