Find out more about us at Role Overview: We are looking for a Microsoft 365 Engineer to integrate one of our Nearshore Teams. What you will do: Manage and maintain Microsoft 365 Apps, Windows 11, Intune, Exchange Online, Teams, and SharePoint Online; Configure and administer Microsoft 365 Defender suite components, including Defender for Endpoint, Office, Cloud Apps, and Identity; Plan and execute data migrations to OneDrive for Business and SharePoint Online; Implement and manage Entra ID components, including Self Service Password Reset, Multi-Factor Authentication, Conditional Access, Single Sign-On, and Application Proxy; Monitor and respond to security alerts and incidents related to Microsoft 365 and associated services; Collaborate with the Azure team to ensure seamless integration of Microsoft 365 services with Azure IaaS and PaaS solutions. Provide general support and troubleshooting for Azure-related issues as needed. What you are like: In-depth knowledgeable of Microsoft 365 products including Microsoft 365 Apps, Windows 11, Intune, Exchange Online, Teams, and SharePoint Online; Experient with data migrations to OneDrive for Business and SharePoint Online, as well as mail and chat migrations to Exchange Online and Teams; Proficient in device deployment for Windows, Android, and iOS using Intune and Autopilot; Have strong understanding of Entra ID components such as Self Service Password Reset, Multi-Factor Authentication, Conditional Access, Single Sign-On, and Application Proxy; Knowledgeable of the Microsoft 365 Defender suite, including Defender for Endpoint, Office, Cloud Apps, and Identity; Have general knowledge of Azure (IaaS / PaaS); Strong PowerShell skills with a focus on automation; Proficient in English.
