We support both public and private sector organizations through two main areas:  Consulting — with a focus on strategy, investment analysis, and digital process improvement; IT Team Augmentation — helping clients scale and strengthen their tech teams. The project We are seeking aLinux Support Technician to work on a project for a Logistics Company. You will have the following responsibilities: System Monitoring : Ensure proactive monitoring of production and non-production environments;- Incident Management : Handle Level 1 and Level 2 incidents, perform initial diagnostics, apply standard procedures, and escalate issues when needed;- Dashboard Implementation : Design and maintain dashboards to monitor environments and production plans;- Collaboration & Support : Work closely with IT managers to resolve incidents, monitor service quality, and support technical changes;- Documentation : Contribute to updating operational documentation and monitoring instructions. You need to have the following skills/experience: Technical Support Experience : Previous experience in IT operations or technical support (Level 1/2);- Systems Knowledge : Proficiency in Linux (RHEL) and familiarity with Windows environments;- Monitoring Tools : Experience with Nagios or Centreon for system monitoring;- Scripting & Automation : Skills in Bash or PowerShell scripting;- Ticketing Tools : Knowledge of JIRA and GLPI CMDB;- Data Visualization : Experience in designing dashboards with ELK, Kibana, or Grafana;- Language Skills : Fluency inFrench (mandatory). Location Lisbon / Porto (Hybrid - 3 days per week in the office ).
