Publication Agent This is your mission Are you passionate abouttechnology at the heart of financial markets? Then this position is for you. As aPublication Agent, you will be responsible for thecalculation, monitoring, and publication of custom cross-asset indices, ensuring robustness, accuracy, and compliance with defined rulebooks across our ecosystem. Build side: Contribute to the setup and configuration of index calculation and publication workflows Support the implementation of new custom indices in collaboration with QIS Structuring teams Participate in improving workflow monitoring, automation, and system reliability Help enhance internal controls ensuring calculation robustness and publication accuracy Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives on tooling and processes Run side: Monitor daily calculation and publication of thousands of instruments and indices Investigate publication incidents, identify root causes, and deliver or escalate solutions Ensure workflows run on time and manage incidents impacting daily publications Provide functional and technical support throughout the full lifecycle of an index Work closely with IT, front office, and external providers to resolve transversal issues This is your background You have at least2–5 years of experiencein demandingIT, production support, or financial systemsenvironments. You enjoyproblem-solving in complex ecosystemsand are constantly innovating. This is your expertise: SQL, Excel, Python REST APIs, JSON, Spring Boot Workflow and monitoring tools (Splunk, Dynatrace, Camunda, Jira) Financial market data systems and databases Linux environments and system troubleshooting This is how you work as part of a team: Clear and effective communication with IT teams, front-office stakeholders, and external providers Ability to report incidents precisely and follow through until resolution Strong focus on data accuracy, calculation integrity, and rulebook compliance Consistent monitoring of daily workflows and publications Comfortable working in a transversal, team-oriented environment Close interaction with front-office and structuring teams to align technical solutions with business needs This is our commitment At Consort Group, you are an expert who we support so that every assignment becomes a step that counts.
