Your RoleKey responsibilities in your new role As a Rewards & Benefits Specialist HR People Services, you will support our HR counterparts across Europe with processes related to employee compensation, managing requests, and working in collaboration for process improvements. Manage HR requests related to Rewards & Benefits across Europe Collaborate to identify opportunities for process harmonization and automation Participate in improvement initiatives to help shape best practices within the organization Communicate with HR partners across Europe, strengthening your network and exchange of ideas Your ProfileQualifications And Skills To Help You SucceedYou have a proactive personality with a sense of urgency and attention to detail at all times. You thrive in an international environment, and you are always looking for opportunities to develop your skills. A degree in Human Resources, Languages, Business Administration, or a similar field At least 1 year of working experience ideally linked to Human Resources Knowledge of MS Office Tools (e.g. PowerPoint, Outlook, Excel) Basic understanding of HR Tools - familiarity with SAP would be a plus Fluency in English and intermediate level of German (mandatory) *Please send us your CV in English.
