The role – IT Support & Service Desk TechnicianResponsibilitiesWe are seeking an experienced IT Support & Service Desk Technician to join our IT Support team. Your main responsibilities will include, but are not limited to: Provide day-to-day IT support to internal users, ensuring requests and issues are resolved efficiently and professionally Assist with onboarding and offboarding processes, including device setup and user orientation Deploy and maintain hardware (laptops, smartphones) and perform operating system and Office upgrades Coordinate hardware maintenance and repairs, ensuring proper documentation and inventory integrity Collaborate with vendors and local stakeholders for deliveries and on-site interventions Participate in IT projects and support second-level or infrastructure tasks when required. Your profile BSc or MSc in Computer Science, Information Technology or a related field Proficiency in Windows 11 and Office 365 environments Experience with SCCM for software deployment and updates Strong knowledge of laptop hardware maintenance and troubleshooting Ability to manage laptop and smartphone deployments Skilled in software installation and configuration Familiarity with ticketing systems and inventory management tools Understanding of iOS and macOS operating systems Fluent in both written and spoken English and Portuguese.
