Then we have the perfect opportunity for you We are looking for a Customer Service Representative that has a good knowledge of the German language to join our team in our office in Braga. Join us as a Customer Service Representative in the German market: You will be a crucial part of our clients international team. On a daily basis you'll work as a bridge between customers and the perfect solution. Your mission will include: Support our customers in online identifications; Ensure the smooth running of the identification process; Provide friendly and professional customer service. What are we looking for: Good knowledge of the german language (level B2); Good communication and argumentation skills; Customer-oriented and problem-solving; Good computer skills; Ability to manage time and work through goals.
