Your role in our team: As a Mechanical Senior Engineer, you will play a crucial role in manage, design and development of new an innovative products and solutions for our customers. Key Responsibilities: Design and develop mechanical systems and components, including creating detailed drawings and performing calculations for structural integrity and performance. Lead product development activities, ensuring alignment with customer requirements and company objectives. Act as a liaison between cross-functional teams (electrical, software, production, quality) and stakeholders to guarantee seamless integration of mechanical solutions. Perform static, kinematic, and dynamic calculations to validate designs and ensure compliance with standards. Define and execute test plans, analyze results, and implement improvements. Prepare comprehensive engineering documentation: design specifications, drawings, reports, manuals, and production guidelines. Contribute to cost estimation and resource planning. Drive continuous improvement initiatives for product optimization and process efficiency. Monitor technical risks and propose mitigation strategies. Support roadmap definition and feature prioritization for mechanical aspects of the product. Ensure adherence to quality, safety, and environmental policies. Your profile: 6 - 9 years of experience in mechanical design and product development. Degree in Mechanical Engineering Proficiency in CAD software and mechanical modeling. Strong knowledge of engineering principles, materials, and manufacturing processes Calculation and dimensioning Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills. Experience and ability to coordinate multidisciplinary teams. Detail-oriented, problem-solving mindset, and results-driven approach.
