We are currently hiring Junior French Customer Advisors for exciting hybrid or on-site projects. Whether youre already based in Portugal or planning to relocate, we offer strong support to help you settle and thrive in your new role. What Youll Do: Deliver high-quality customer support in French via phone, email, and chat Resolve customer queries efficiently, ensuring client satisfaction Collaborate with team members to improve service processes Work across various projects and adapt to a rotational shift schedule What Were Looking For: Fluency in French (spoken and written) European ID or valid residence card in Portugal (mandatory) Excellent communication and problem-solving skills Team player with a customer-oriented mindset Flexibility to work rotational shifts No previous experience required we welcome junior candidates What We Offer:Location: Positions available in Lisbon and Porto onlyWork model: Hybrid or on-site projectsRelocation package: Big relocation support if youre moving to PortugalMeal allowance during shiftsPrivate health insuranceOngoing training and career development
