We will feed your body and mind with everything you need to exceed yourself." - miguel milhão The Team We are the Quality Assurance Department and we are focused on the various processes of certification and quality, where we seek to ensure compliance with legal and regulatory requirements regarding product conformity, environment, occupational safety and social responsibility. The Role You will be responsible for managing the food safety claims (both internal and external), analyse the main problems to define new measures when the team doesn't accomplish its compliance. Manage and coordinate the resolution of identified occurrences and follow up and close the identified non compliances. You will also support the development of instructions that will allow the optimization and standardization of the actions/answers related to claims; follow up with development and purchasing department on the claims/situations related to non compliant products.You You have a degree in Nutrition or similar and experience in quality management systems and/or food ones (ISO 2200; BRC; IFS, etc). You already dealt with complaints and non compliance processes, as well as improvements' management and have knowledge in food safety, nutrition, and European/American legislation.
