We collaborate with clients to drive innovation, ensuring project success and business growth.- DECSKILL BOOST: Equipping our team with the latest tools and methodologies, we optimize Time-to-Market and deliver innovative solutions exceeding client expectations.- DECSKILL CONNECT: Our team collaborates closely with clients to implement and manage IT infrastructures that generate long-term value.At Decskill, we believe that by nurturing and empowering our people to confront the challenges of digital transformation, we create value not only for our clients but also for our entire ecosystem, fostering a digital community dedicated to growth and progress.We are looking for an Technician Production SupportResponsibilities:- Support and monitor the cash equities execution platform to ensure stability and optimal performance- Build and enhance monitoring to prevent and quickly resolve issues.- Deploy production changes with precision ensuring minimal disruption to services and maintaining the integrity of the platform.- Work closely with traders, developers, and other stakeholders to implement continuous process improvements.- Manage incident including detailed analysis and reporting to maintain high service levels.Requirements:- Application support experience.- Core Unix/Linux skills.- Knowledge of network technologies and protocols – specifically TCP and UDP.- Basic scripting skills (Unix/Linux shell, Python, Perl for scripting, any other programming language, e.g. C, C++, Java).- Basic SQL knowledge.- SLog management: Splunk, ELK, Gray log, Loki.- Network monitoring: Corvil.- Databases: Oracle, Postgre SQL, My SQL/Maria DB, KDB/q.- Messaging: Tibco, Solace, IBM MQ, LBM, Kafka.- Observability and monitoring: ITRS Geneos, Dynatrace, Prometheus, Grafana.- Experience with monitoring and observability tools such as ITRS Geneos, Dynatrace, Prometheus, Grafana.- English language.If you're interested in this job please send your CV to , with the reference "CA/Technician Production Support".Thank you :)
