Details – Hospitality, Sports, Leisure is the platform responsible for managing the Hospitality, Sports, and Leisure areas of Arrow Global in Portugal. It oversees the management of major hotel units located in Vilamoura, Carvoeiro, Lagos, Albufeira, Aroeira, and Madeira, as well as golf courses and equestrian centers. The Head of Sales will be responsible for leading the commercial planning, performance management, and optimization of the Sports & Leisure portfolio, ensuring structured governance, operational efficiency, and continuous improvement across all commercial activities. Key Responsibilities: Define and maintain commercial planning frameworks across Golf & Sports assets, ensuring consistency at portfolio level. Support and monitor commercial models by asset, channel, and partner, identifying opportunities for optimisation. Analyse commercial performance and translate data into clear insights and recommendations for management decision-making. Lead the development and optimisation of commercial processes and tools, working closely with CRM and Power BI managers on project definition and implementation. Define and monitor commercial KPIs and dashboards, ensuring data quality and relevance. Support the structuring and governance of commercial and marketing agreements, pricing logic, and cross-selling models. Drive continuous improvement of commercial ways of working across the portfolio. Work closely with Sales, Marketing, Operations, and Finance to ensure alignment between strategy and execution. Key Qualifications: Background in Commercial Planning, Sales Excellence, Commercial Operations, or similar roles. Experience in structured commercial environments, such as FMCG, retail, telecom, pharma, hospitality, or comparable sectors. Strong analytical and financial background, with experience in performance analysis, KPIs, and commercial dashboards. Proven ability to lead transversal initiatives and influence senior stakeholders. Comfortable working with CRM data and business intelligence tools such as Power BI. Fluent in English; Portuguese is a plus. Location: Vilamoura
