Digital Cloud Solution Architect

Overview Digital Cloud Solution Architect working with our Small Medium Enterprise customers in the Danish market.  Part of wider team working with customers and partners across the Nordics and Southern Europe. Proactively engages with and reaches out to customer and partner technical decision makers. Uses knowledge of customer context and market/industry knowledge to build credibility with customers. Leverages knowledge of resources with limited managerial support and proactively engages product and support teams to remediate blockers. Understands team resources and supports efforts to maximize the impact of customer engagements through capacity planning. Engages in partner sell-with scenarios by acting as liaison between the partner and team. Captures core competitive knowledge across solution areas and delivers back to product teams. Applies and customizes existing demonstration assets. Monitors action plans to promote customer usage of key/prioritized Microsoft solutions/products. Receives data about customer/partner business requirements and demonstrates the capability of those solutions through design collaboration sessions. Drives pilots and value for multiple technical solutions across technology areas. Adapts methodology and applies governance to identify risks. Builds customer timelines to identify and gain buy in on metrics. Builds their own readiness plan and proactively identifies learning gaps. Shares ideas and strategic input with team members using knowledge of Microsoft Azure cloud solutions. Monitors and responds to tech community posts. Conducts group training or one-to-many events to present and educate customers on the capabilities across Microsoft solutions/products.  Responsibilities Lead the design and deployment of technical cloud solutions to support customers' digital transformation initiatives.Responsible for guiding customers and partners through the process of designing and implementing technical architectures. This includes providing expert advice, ensuring that solutions are tailored to business needs, and supporting clients from initial planning through to successful deployment. Drive pilots and proof-of-concept projects to deliver measurable business value.Lead the execution of pilot projects and proof-of-concept initiatives, demonstrating the value of proposed solutions. By focusing on business impact, you will help customers move from experimentation to full-scale deployment, ensuring that each project delivers clear and tangible benefits. Identify and resolve technical challenges to accelerate successful solution implementation.Proactively identify potential technical blockers and working to resolve them quickly. This may include troubleshooting configurations, providing sample code, or collaborating with other teams to remove obstacles, ensuring that projects stay on track and deliver results. Collaborate with customers and partners to understand business needs and deliver tailored architecture recommendations.Engage directly with clients to gather and analyse their business and technical requirements. Using this insight, you will recommend and demonstrate solutions that address their unique challenges, helping them achieve their goals through effective architecture design. Promote customer success by establishing clear metrics, timelines, and regular progress updates.Work with customers to define success criteria and set realistic timelines for project milestones. By maintaining regular communication and reporting on progress, you will ensure that all stakeholders are aligned and that projects deliver the intended outcomes. Engage with technical decision makers to position Microsoft cloud solutions and drive adoption.Proactively reach out to key technical stakeholders, using your knowledge of industry trends and customer needs to position Microsoft cloud technologies as the best fit. Your efforts will help drive adoption and ensure that customers realise the full value of their investment. Share technical expertise and best practices through training, mentoring, and community engagement.Contribute to the broader technical community by sharing your knowledge and experience. This includes delivering training sessions, mentoring colleagues, and participating in industry events to promote best practices and showcase the capabilities of Microsoft solutions Qualifications Required/minimum qualifications: Proven experience in technical architecture, technical consulting, design and implementation, and/or technical sales with deep experience in one or more of the key areas of Cloud Infrastructure & Security or Cloud Data Platforms and Moderisation or Cloud Application Development and AI. Additional or preferred qualifications:Danish language fluency. Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or related field. Experience with cloud-based solution designs, migrations and management of technology. Relevant certifications from Microsoft or competitive platforms.
