What You Can Do:
Work in a day shift model according to a defined Confluence schedule
Handle support requests and tasks using JIRA
Analyze and fix existing bugs in Angular and Java applications
Create, update, and maintain technical documentation (using tools such as Google Translate or Copilot when needed)
Create, execute, and maintain automated smoke tests
Build and maintain Splunk dashboards for monitoring and analysis
Generate evaluations and reports using MongoDB
Collaborate closely with team members in an international environment to ensure service quality and system stability
What You Bring:
At least 1 year of experience in an IT‑related role
General interest in IT topics and modern technologies
Flexible and adaptable mindset
Quick perception and ability to understand new topics rapidly
Strong team player, comfortable working in an international environment
Service‑oriented attitude with a focus on quality and reliability
Education
University/technical college degree in computer science or comparable.
Language Skills
English oral and written
OptionalيشGerman oral (and written)
