Responsibilities - Analyse learning needs and evaluate the needs of learners and organizational goals to determine what knowledge and skills need to be taught. - Design and develop content creating structured learning content, such as online courses, training modules, videos, and interactive activities, using various multimedia tools. - Collaborate with experts and work with subject matter experts to ensure the content is accurate, relevant, and aligns with learning objectives. - Implement instructional design principles by applying proven instructional design theories and methodologies to create effective learning experiences. - Develop assessments and criteria to evaluate learner performance and the effectiveness of the learning materials. - Organise project documentation and oversee the implementation of learning programs.- Evaluate and assess the effectiveness of the created content and use feedback to make improvements. - Research new trends and innovations in instructional design and educational technology.Qualifications - At least 3-7 years' experience in a Change or Project support role within a large-scale programme environment;- Experience with learning management systems (LMS) and authoring tools;- Knowledge of instructional design theories and models;- Ability to design engaging, interactive content;- Good level of English;Desired skills - Experience in the retail sector or with technology transformation programmes; What do I need before I apply -The candidate must already be living in Portugal.
