Senior Business Travel ConsultantLocation: Remote (Portugal) or Hybrid (Lisbon) We are partnering with a leading travel-management, corporate-card and expense-management company to recruit aSenior Business Travel Consultantwho will join their team and help deliver world-class service to corporate travellers. Key Responsibilities Provide customer support via chat, calls and email, ensuring a smooth travel experience Stay up to date with relevant travel information, destinations and service-providers Assess customer needs, urgency and preferences efficiently Handle complex travel bookings (flights, rail, hotels, additional services) Assist customers with self-service tools on travel platforms and apps Ensure timely responses aligned with SLAs Maintain compliance with company and customer policies, following global travel standards Provide feedback to stakeholders on service improvements and key processes Participate in team discussions on industry trends and service-providers Meet attendance, training and performance expectations Requirements Fluent English (C1) in spoken and written 5+ years of experience in a business-travel consultant role, handling air, rail and accommodation bookings 3+ years experience using GDS (Sabre, Amadeus or Galileo) mandatory Experience in customer-facing roles or contact-centre environments Proficiency with tools such as Gmail, Zendesk, Slack, Salesforce Ability to work rotating shifts (Monday to Sunday, 07:00-23:00) Strong multitasking, problem-solving skills and ability to work independently Professional, empathetic and excellent communicator Additional languages (French, German, Spanish, Italian) are a plus What We Offer Competitive remuneration package based on experience, skills & performance Flexible work model remote from Portugal or hybrid in Lisbon Medical, dental and vision benefits Paid parental and bereavement leave Subsidised commuter benefits Mental-health support programmes Connectivity stipend to support remote work Training and career development support
